The pizza here is definitely not Napoli style. It has a much thicker crust and lacks flavor. I also had the Ravioli. This was better and had decent flavor. The meatballs are well done and recommended. The service was fantastic. Nice out door patio seating available. They also have an Italian deli and store inside.

A wonderful experience both solo and for date night. Loved the pizza. And enjoyed a bottle of wine out on the patio.
Our server, Scout, was also fantastic. We were celebrating my birthday and she brought out a few extras.
Enjoy the patio seating while the weather is still nice.

This was my first time and the food was amazing. I ordered the tortellini and it was fantastic! The portion size was just right. The pasta tasted very fresh.

My friend ordered the rughetta pizza which was on special for only $8 since it was Monday. I have to say, it was one of the best pizzas I've had. The crust was light and crispy. The toppings were balanced.

Despite it being a cool night, the outside seating was more than half full and inside it was completely packed. It definitely has a neighborhood favorite feel to it.

Amazing authentic Italian food! I love that this is a family owned place, you can really tell they love what they do by the taste of the food! Also, the espresso martini was the best one I've ever had anywhere. I was seriously impressed. The arrenchini is of course delicious as were the other appetizers we ordered and the pizza! I really don't think you can do wrong, I think everything on the menu would be delicious!

Everything about the experience was amazing. The wonderful customer service, the adorably comfortable decor, and the delicious and authentic food. Everything was just perfect! Our server was the absolute sweetest girl you’ll ever meet, she even made a little heart in my cappuccino. The food came out quickly and the quality was top notch. I meant to take pictures right when we got the food, but I got so enticed by the smell alone that I couldn’t resist eating a bit before snapping my photos. If you’re looking for diverse and authentic Italian food, you should absolutely come here. I may not be a KC local, but you better believe I’ll be coming back soon. Especially for that decadent tiramisu ?

The sandwich bread was tough and not the quality I expected. The moz and tomato were fresh and the balsamic vinaigrette tasted good quality, but for a grand total of $12 I would expect the bread to be better, or at least not stale and hard to eat. The Italian market in the river market has fresh ingredients and better bread, though not the same cute patio space and homey atmosphere as here.

Lively atmosphere, delicious food and great service.
Front desk reception weren't sure how to assist us since we called ahead but didn’t have an official reservation. Fortunately, another staff member arrived and quickly arranged a table for us. It's great to see such proactive individuals in a restaurant, and our waiter provided excellent, professional service.

Went on a Monday evening, which is $8 pizza night there. Very busy, and the pizzas looked great! I chose the Eggplant Parmigiana, however. The staff were friendly and efficient, despite the crowd. My dinner was very good. All their food is hand-made there in their kitchen from authentic Italian recipes. Prices were reasonable. The only item that could be improved on might be the Italian bread they serve at the beginning. While it's hand-made and baked right there, it is served at room temperature, not warm. Other than that, our small group had a great experience there.
